Jill Hennessy one of Canada's richest TV Actresses was born 25 November 1968 in Edmonton, Alberta. The show she was on was Law and Order. Chris Noth was her co-star. Hennessy was raised in Edmonton. Her father John Hennessy was a meat salesman, and executive in sales/marketing who required extensive travel and resulted in frequent shifts of the family. The mother, Maxine a secretary left her family members in the year 1982,. She left her daughter raised by her paternal grandmother Eleanor in Kitchener Ontario. She has a twin sister Jacqueline is an American magazine writer, and her older brother John Paul J.P. Hennessy Jr. was born in Canada. Hennessy is of Irish, Swedish, Italian and French descent on the father's end and is mainly Ukrainian Roma and Austrian heritage in her mother. She went to Stanley Park Senior Public School where she graduated Grand River Collegiate Institute and performed in Toronto. Hennessy and her sister made their acting debut playing twin call girls in the 1988 film Dead Ringers. Gillian Anderson, an actress who was chosen for the role said she had been on the shortlist in the search for Dana Scully. She married Paolo Mastropietro in 2000. The couple have two sons.
